Learning Materials

Afghan schools are woefully underfunded and students simply don’t have enough pencils, paper, books and other materials necessary to learn properly.

To date, Skills Generation has been working Afghan teachers to make their classrooms a better place to learn.

A new development is our direct support to Kandahar students through the provision of learning materials.

Our Student Package consists of materials sufficient to last one student an entire year (usually longer). To date we’ve provided thousands of Kandahari children with these Student Packages, with more planned in the future.
