Our Approach

Our approach is based on a believe that locally driven solutions are best. As such, we figure our role is to work ourselves out of a job by supporting the work of local educators. This way, resources go farther and expertise stays put.

We have three guiding principles:

1- Follow Local Teachers - we only do what is needed, requested and supported by local teachers. While we may introduce new ideas, ultimately, it is up to them to decide.

2- Just Enough Support – the need is so great and resources so small, it’s important to only provide just enough support to a school, to enable other schools to benefit.

3- Move On – working ourselves out of a job means preparing local educators and local agencies  to take over the moment it is better and cheaper to do so.  We will simply go to the next place that wants and needs our support.
